Jane Portal

  • Through the Jane Portal, you can:

    • Schedule a new DOT or non-DOT physical, drug test, or occupational health appointment

    • Reschedule or cancel an existing appointment

    • Update your contact information

    ⚠️Please note: After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to prepare and what to bring to your visit.

Accessing Exam Forms & Certificates

After your appointment has been scheduled in Jane, our team will create your account in the 3bExam Portal.

3bExam Driver Portal

  • Once your 3bExam account is active, you can:

    • Complete your required medical history form (DOT: MCSA-5875)

    • Review or download your completed Medical Certificate (DOT: MCSA-5876)

    • Access documentation for any required follow-ups, exemptions, or renewals

    ⚠️ Please note: Access to the 3bExam Portal becomes available only after your appointment has been scheduled in Jane and our team has created your account.
    You’ll receive an email from 3bExam with your login credentials once your account is ready.
